Interested in joining a team of providers and staff dedicated to continued learning, trauma informed care and weight inclusive philosophy? We are hiring on a rolling basis for those who are the right fit. We are hiring for acupuncture (in person) and therapists (virtual only) at this time.

PROVIDERS:

• Access to full time front desk staff and Medical Assistants for scheduling, billing, answering phones etc.

• Medical billing to handle all insurance billing

• Weekly mentorship meetings with all clinicians

• One on one monthly meetings with clinic owners for feedback and communication enhancement

• Fully paid health insurance for those with >20 patient care hours per week

• $500 continuing education stipend for those who are full time

• 5 paid life coaching sessions for those employed > 6 months full time

• Access to fully stocked supplement and herbal dispensary

• Access to medical assistant for prescribing providers

• 24 hour on call service for patients shared by all physician level providers available for mental health calls in addition to acute medical needs

• Competitive commission based pay for providers - varies by position

• Simple IRA 3% match

Candidates must practice from a weight inclusive approach. Ideal candidates would have interest in treating those with eating disorders and/or chronic illness. Candidates must be interested in practicing from a team approach.
