About Dr. Brynn
Hi, I’m Dr. Brynn Olinger (she/her), a licensed naturopathic physician and resident at One Connection Healthcare. I provide weight-inclusive primary care and specialize in the medical management of eating disorders.
I work with patients of all ages who are looking for thoughtful, compassionate care and a provider who will truly listen. Many of the individuals I work with are seeking support that goes beyond symptom management—care that considers their full story and helps them feel more grounded in their health.
My goal is to create a care environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported—whether you’re addressing a specific concern or working toward long-term health.
My Clinical Philosophy
I chose naturopathic medicine because it aligns with my values around treating the whole person, not just symptoms. I believe health is shaped by the interaction of physical, emotional, and behavioral factors, and care should reflect that complexity.
I practice medicine from a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) and weight-inclusive approach. I focus on supporting health-promoting behaviors and providing care that is respectful, non-stigmatizing, and inclusive of all bodies.
I am especially passionate about supporting patients in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with their lives, whether that involves navigating eating disorder recovery, building preventative health practices, or managing chronic conditions.
My care model centers around relationship, collaboration, and education.
I approach each appointment as an opportunity to both listen and support. I believe patients should feel informed about their health, understand their options, and be active participants in their care.
Depending on your needs, care may include:
Cardiometabolic health and disease prevention
Nutrition and lifestyle support
Coordination with other providers when needed
As a resident at One Connection Healthcare, I also work closely with experienced physicians and collaborate as part of a team to ensure patients receive thoughtful, well-rounded care.
My Care Model
Clinical Experience
I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University, where I trained in primary care, integrative medicine, and eating disorder support.
Prior to joining One Connection Healthcare, I completed clinical rotations in both private practices and federally qualified health centers across Washington and Oregon, gaining experience working with diverse patient populations and a wide range of health conditions.
My clinical interests include:
Cardiometabolic health
Disease prevention across the lifespan
Before entering clinical medicine, I worked with both national and local nonprofit organizations providing environmental and nutrition education to marginalized communities. This work continues to shape how I think about access to care, health equity, and the broader systems that impact wellbeing.
During my residency, I have trained under the mentorship of Dr. Lily Stokely, Dr. Michael Rak, Dr. Helen Kinsel, and Dr. Alison Hearst. This experience has supported my work in providing thoughtful, whole-person primary care within a collaborative, team-based model.

Interested in preventative health and long-term wellness
Managing cardiometabolic health concerns
Seeking a provider who will listen, educate, and partner with them in their care
I offer:
Long-term continuity support
Care coordination and referrals when specialty treatment is needed

What Keeps Me Joyful
Outside of medicine, I love being outside—running, moving, and taking advantage of any chance to be in nature (bonus points for a sunny Pacific Northwest day). I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking meals that bring people together.
My faith plays an important role in my life and shapes how I show up in the world. It grounds my values of caring for others, serving with intention, and investing in community—values that naturally carry into how I care for my patients.
