Dr. Helen Kinsel

Dr. Helen Kinsel graduated from Bastyr University in 2020 with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and is licensed in Washington State. After graduation she went on to work for 2 years at a busy naturopathic pediatric and family medicine practice in Kenmore, WA before joining One Connection Healthcare in January 2023. Dr. Kinsel sees patients of all ages for wellness care, chronic conditions, and acute illnesses with a focus in newborn, pediatric, and adolescent healthcare. She offers pediatric immunizations and immunization counseling.

Dr. Kinsel practices from a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered approach. She aims to work collaboratively with you to achieve you and your family's health goals. Dr. Kinsel uses a range of treatment modalities, focusing on individualized treatment plans. Dr. Kinsel also offers craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation for infants, children, and adults.

Dr. Kinsel was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and has a love of the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Outside of the office Dr. Kinsel enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exploring the outdoors, and playing board games.

Dr. Kinsel is a member of the Association for Size Diversity and Health (ASDAH), Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians (PedANP), and the Naturopathic Academy of Primary Care Physicians (NAPCP).
