Our office is located in Ballard. Easily accessible from downtown Ballard. There are many bus signs that run less than one block from our office.

Building Accessibility and Parking

We aim to create a therapeutic environment that is as accessible and barrier-free as possible, while recognizing that each person may have unique access needs.

    • Ground floor parking is available

    • 2 free guest spots (first come, first served)

    • 8 reserved patient spots for One Connection Healthcare and The Health Collective (posted sign pictured):

      • Spaces 6-13

    • Two Guest parking spots labeled with a guest sign for anyone in the building to use

    • 1 accessible (handicap) parking space available on ground level

    • If parking is full:

      • Free angled street parking in front of building

      • Paid street parking nearby

    • The building does not have automatic ADA door openers

    • If you need assistance entering, please call: 206-279-6390

    • Elevator access goes directly to the 5th floor

    • Our suite is directly across from the elevator (~5 feet)

    • ADA-accessible, gender-inclusive restrooms on the 5th floor

    • Shared with other tenants

    • Option for single-occupancy use (lock main door)

    • Layout:

      • Left restroom: 1 stall + 1 urinal

      • Right restroom: 2 stalls

    • Located ~50 feet from reception

  • We are committed to providing weight-inclusive care.

    • All furniture and exam tables support 400+ lbs

    • If you have specific concerns, we’re happy to share details about equipment and seating options

  • We offer options to support your nervous system and sensory needs:

    • Dedicated sensory room available upon request

    • Adjustable:

      • Lighting

      • Blinds

      • Seating

      • Exam preferences

    • Available items:

      • Weighted blanket

      • Weighted plush/stuffy

      • Fidget tools
