Primary Care in Seattle, WA
HOLISTIC HEALTH FOR ALL BODIES
What is Primary Care?
We believe that a primary care physician should be the organizational center point in coordinating each individual patient’s unique healthcare plan.
At One Connection Healthcare, we provide a space for patients to explore their full health history and address the physical body, emotional wellbeing, and internal health. We aim to minimize the complexity and stress of navigating healthcare by helping organize your health journey and facilitating support across mind, body, and spirit.
We offer primary care for all ages, including neonatal care. Services may include wellness exams, pap smears, sports physicals, annual labs, and routine screening exams.

What Appointments Look Like at Our Seattle Clinic
Care at our clinic is designed to be flexible, thorough, and individualized to where you are in your health journey, whether you are coming in for the first time or continuing ongoing care.
In-Person and Telehealth Options
We offer both in-person and virtual visits for patients in the Seattle area and across Washington State. We also have providers licensed in California and Colorado.
If you are located outside of Washington State, we are unable to act as your primary care provider. In those cases, we may provide adjunctive or consultative care.
Your First Visit
Care often begins in the first visit and continues to evolve over time based on what is most supportive for you.
Before your first visit, you’ll complete a comprehensive medical history form. Your initial appointment is 90-minutes and allows time to:
-
01. Get to Know You
We begin with a 90-minute visit focused on getting to know you and your health history. This includes reviewing your medical history together, discussing your current concerns, and exploring your goals for care.
We also take time to understand your past experiences in healthcare and what you need to feel supported and heard moving forward.
-
02. Evaluation & Next Steps
When appropriate, your provider may complete a physical exam and review prior workups, labs, or imaging. This helps us better understand your symptoms and how different aspects of your health may be connected.
Additional testing may be recommended based on what comes up during the visit.
-
03. Planning & Follow-Up
Based on what we discuss, your provider will collaborate with you to create an initial treatment plan. This may include recommendations for medications, supplements, lifestyle support, or additional testing.
Treatment plans are shared at the end of the visit or the following day if additional research or coordination is needed. We use shared decision-making to ensure next steps feel clear, realistic, and aligned with your goals.
-
04. Space for Questions
Your first visit is not rushed. We intentionally create space for questions, clarification, and conversation so you leave with a clearer understanding of your care plan and what comes next.
Ongoing Visits & Types of Care
-
01. Visit Length & Focus
Follow-up visits are typically 30–60 minutes, depending on your needs and provider recommendations.
These visits allow time to review how things are going, address evolving concerns, and adjust care as needed. Visit length and focus may change over time as your health needs shift.
-
02. Types of Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up appointments may include routine primary care visits, chronic condition management, wellness check-ins, or focused visits for specific concerns.
Your primary care provider helps guide which type of visit is most supportive at any given time, based on your goals, symptoms, and overall health picture.
-
03. Ongoing Care & Treatment Adjustments
During follow-up visits, we may:
• Review your progress and update your care plan
• Discuss new or changing concerns or goals
• Adjust medications, supplements, or treatment approaches
• Review lab results and determine next stepsCare plans are collaborative and responsive, with adjustments made based on what is most effective and sustainable for you.
-
04. Coordinated & Continuous Care
Primary care at One Connection Healthcare is designed to be ongoing and connected. Your provider helps coordinate care over time and collaborates with other providers within the clinic when appropriate.
When outside referrals are needed, we help coordinate with specialists so you feel supported by a unified care team.
