Pediatrics 

One Connection Healthcare provides pediatric primary care starting just after birth through adolescence. This can include newborn check-ups, well-child visits, sports physicals, care and diagnosis of chronic health concerns, and acute illness visits. We offer routine childhood immunizations and take the time to discuss all of your vaccine questions. For families who receive primary care from another clinic or provider, we offer adjunctive pediatric and adolescent care for chronic illnesses, mental health, feeding or development concerns, eating disorders, and more.

Well-Child Visit Schedule:
Newborns: 3-5 days*, 7-14 days, 1 month
Infants: 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months
Toddlers: 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, 30 months
Yearly well-child visits starting age 3 and older

* For babies born in the hospital, plan to schedule around day 3-5 of life. If you are receiving ongoing care with your midwife after birth, plan to schedule around 2 weeks old."
