Community Acupuncture in Ballard | Seattle, Washington
ACCESSIBLE, GROUP-BASED ACUPUNCTURE FOR ONGOING SUPPORT AND NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
Supporting Balance Across the Whole System
Sometimes the need for support isn’t about one specific symptom, but about maintaining balance, reducing stress, or continuing care in a more sustainable way.
Community acupuncture offers a different way to receive care — care that is grounded in accessibility, consistency, and shared space.
While individual acupuncture visits allow for deeper one-on-one work, community acupuncture creates an opportunity to continue supporting your nervous system and overall health in a more flexible and affordable format.
This is a space to receive care, slow down, and reconnect—alongside others who are doing the same.
Community acupuncture is designed for individuals who:
Are already receiving acupuncture and want continued support between visits
Are looking for a more affordable way to receive regular care
Benefit from consistent nervous system regulation
Feel comfortable receiving treatment in a shared space
Want a more relaxed, low-pressure environment for care
This offering is best suited for established patients, as treatments are based on your existing care plan.
Who Community Acupuncture is For
How Community Acupuncture is Different
Community acupuncture offers a unique treatment environment that is:
Shared → up to 4–5 patients treated in the same space
Accessible → sliding scale pricing to support affordability
Supportive → collective calm can enhance nervous system regulation
Being in a shared environment can be grounding for many people. The presence of others receiving care often creates a calm, quiet atmosphere that can deepen relaxation and support the body’s response to treatment.
It is also a way to extend care over time, whether that’s between individual sessions or after insurance benefits have been used.
Our goal is to create a space that feels:
Relaxed
Cozy
Respectful
Nurturing
This is a space co-created by patients and provider.
