She is detailed oriented with experience in claims processing and resolving billing issues. Tera also has compassion and willingness to help patients understand their billing needs and concerns.

Tera grew up with a love of nature and is grateful to call the PNW home. To help keep herself grounded she loves hiking with her spouse, gardening, reading, and photography.
