What Is StemWave® Therapy?
If you're living with chronic pain, scar tissue, or injuries that haven't responded to traditional treatments, StemWave® Therapy may offer another option.
How Does StemWave® Work?
StemWave® uses focused acoustic wave technology to stimulate the body's natural healing response. As the waves reach injured or inflamed tissue, they encourage circulation, reduce inflammation, and activate healing processes that support tissue repair—all without injections or surgery.
At One Connection Healthcare, we use StemWave® as part of a broader treatment plan, often combining it with manual therapies, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, and rehabilitation strategies to support longer-lasting results.
Could StemWave® Therapy Be Right for You?
StemWave® may be worth exploring if pain, scar tissue, or an injury is affecting your comfort or mobility—especially if traditional treatments have provided limited or temporary relief.
You may be considering StemWave® if:
Pain is keeping you from activities you enjoy
An injury or area of inflammation has been slow to heal
Scar tissue is affecting your comfort or movement
Physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, or other treatments have not provided enough relief
You are looking for a non-invasive option before considering injections or surgery

What to Expect During Your Appointment
-
01. Before Skin Tag Removal
Your provider will examine the skin tag(s), discuss the procedure, and answer any questions. Depending on the location, a gown or drape may be provided for your comfort and privacy.
-
02. During the Procedure
Using sterile instruments, your provider will gently lift the skin tag and carefully remove it at the base. You may feel a brief pinch or mild discomfort, but the procedure is typically over within seconds for each skin tag.
-
03. After Your Appointment
A bandage may be applied if there is minor bleeding, which is common because skin tags have a blood supply. Most people return to normal activities immediately, and no special aftercare is typically needed beyond removing the bandage once bleeding has stopped.
