Building accessibility:
The building has ground floor parking. There are 2 free guest spots for the whole building, if available park there first.
There are an additional 5 marked parking spaces that are free and designated for One Connection Healthcare patients only.
OCH patient parking spaces are 6, 7, 9, 12 and 13.
There is 1 handicap parking space on this ground floor level.
If all parking for the building is occupied there is unpaid parking in front of the building (back in angle parking) as well as the neighboring streets offering paid timed parking.
The building is not equipped with ADA automatic door openers. Please contact the front desk if assistance is needed to enter the building (206-279-6390).
From the building entrance the elevator goes directly to our suite on floor 5.
From the elevator the entrance to our suite is across the hall (approximately 5 feet).
There are ADA and gender inclusive restrooms that are shared amongst the tenants of the 5th floor.
Our restrooms have been converted to be gender inclusive. Please utilize the lock on the main door if you would like the restroom to be single occupancy.
The restroom on the left contains one stall and one urinal.
The restroom on the right contains two stalls.
Restrooms are approximately 50ft from our reception area down the hall
Weight Inclusivity:
All of our furniture and exam tables have weight capacities over 400lbs. Please inquire if you have any concerns with equipment or furniture and we are happy to describe capacities of anything in question.
Sensory Support:
We offer a sensory room for those needing a space to decompress or have supported sensory experience outside of our main waiting room. Ask the front desk upon arrival to learn more.
We are always happy to provide changes to lighting, blinds, seating and exam preferences to meet your sensory needs. Please speak with your provider upon arrival if there are ways you may be supported through out your visit.
We have a weighted blanket, weighted stuffy and fidget toys available to support your nervous system upon request.
